Before diving into the campaign, participants are encouraged to attend a training session. These sessions aim to equip them with the skills needed to make contributions, ranging from those related to TV and film to others, on platforms like Wikipedia, Wikidata, and Wikimedia Commons.

Particpants can attend a “global” online training session or one of over a dozen

Anyone is welcome to attend both online and in-person sessions, though the in-person sessions will cover the online agenda and delve even deeper, offering additional insights and opportunities for interaction.

A Wikimedia username is necessary to participate in the 2024 Fespaco Edit-a-thon campaign and its associated training sessions. Creating a Wikimedia username is fast and easy. Click here to open a new tab to create an account before returning to this form to complete your registration.
